Build your own solar powered robots. There's a mini army of them here that will march or trundle in the sunshine.

Each fun-to-build robot kit is supplied with a solar panel & motor, demonstrating solar energy, basic mechanics and robotics.

The kits may require a screwdriver and possibly adult help.
